Online & In-Person Coaching

I offer Conscious Life Coaching primarily through secure Zoom sessions, allowing us to connect from wherever you are.

If you live on the Kailua-Kona side of Hawaiʻi Island, I also offer in-person coaching sessions in the comfort and privacy of your home. 

Whether we meet online or in person, my goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and begin claiming your happiness.

If you're interested in working together, I invite you to schedule a free consultation. This first conversation is simply an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and see if we're the right fit. There is no obligation to continue afterward.

As a life coach, it's important to me that you feel comfortable, heard, and supported throughout the process.

If we both feel we're a good fit and you choose to continue, ongoing Conscious Life Coaching sessions are $80 for 60-minute one-on-one Zoom session.
